All we need from you are a few quick measurements that anyone can help you with. Here is how you find those measurements.

NECK

Measure around the middle of neck (at the Adam's apple). Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

WAIST

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

CHEST

Wrap the tape around the highest part of your chest, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

SLEEVE

With arm bent, place tape measure at the middle of the back and follow along the arm to the wrist.

PANT

Measure from your belt down to your shoe which allows enough space for the pant to buckle.
